BELT PRINT: Wearables are laid flat and smoothed out as best as possible and placed on our belt machine (same machine that prints our beach towels-It looks like a conveyor belt). Screen size is much larger and offers full coverage on the shirts. We recommend using only short sleeve shirtsand the shirts cannot have buttons, collars or pockets.Maximum of up to 3 color imprint- no close registration-no dark color shirts printed with more than one color. There may be slight imperfections in printing due to screening over seamsor small creases or wrinkles in shirt.

WRAP PRINT: Is a multi-positioned imprint giving the impression of the design wrapping around the entire shirt. It can be a minimum of one position and may be as many as seven positions, depending on your design.There must be a minimum of 1/8” of an inch space between designs. Normalprint positions would be front wrapping to back on both sides. You may needto add a left breast or a sleeve imprint depending on the design.

SHADOW PRINT: This is usually a “BELT” print but may be a “JUMBO” print. Usually done on one side of the shirt only. We print one ink color a shade darker than the color of the shirt. We then bring the shirt back and either silk screen or embroider a company logo on the front of the shirt.
